designs are framed within a 10" ring. Some of the designs are available
on an 18" ring. All designs have free moving pieces that give added

Related WINDBANNERS TM are a
new twist to the average banner/flag. We hand craft our banners in three
dimension for movement and uniqueness. The fabric is a UV stabilized, coated
ripstop nylon. The banners are 28"x37 1/2".
They
have both a pole sleeve with a leather tab to secure the flag, and grommets
